I’m just curious where the responsibility lies with getting the approval now for the assoc’s approval for FHA? I’ve recently had a problem with the mtg person nort submiting the paperwork in time because he assumed the VA approval was good enough, or the same as the FHA one. The buyers Agent is passing it to the mtg person? I asked myself to follow up because the committment was issued without that condition and that sent up a red flag. Please help?!
